An Outlands quest picked up during Rise of the Zilart in which you place the prismatic fragment at the Cermet Headstone in The Sanctuary of Zi'Tah.

Before you start: Rise of the Zilart mission Headstone Pilgrimage reached; The prismatic fragment key item (from the Chamber of Oracles)

Walkthrough:
1. Obtain the prismatic fragment in the Chamber of Oracles.
2. Go to The Sanctuary of Zi'Tah and examine the Cermet Headstone (I-7) to complete the quest.

Good to know: Without the fragment the Cermet Headstone only gives a message about stagnant air.
