Unlocking a Myth: Ranger

quest · Jeuno

Jeuno quest. Reward: none listed.

Jeuno quest that unlocks the Ranger weapon skill Trueflight: train a Killer Bow and trade it back to Zalsuhm.

Before you start: Ranger as your main job; Wear a Killer Bow in your main or ranged slot when you speak to Zalsuhm

Walkthrough:
1. Equip a Killer Bow and talk to Zalsuhm (H-9) in Lower Jeuno; accept the quest.
2. Use the Killer Bow in battle to build up weapon skill points.
3. Trade the Killer Bow to Zalsuhm (H-9) in Lower Jeuno once it has enough points to learn Trueflight.

Good to know: You keep the Killer Bow. If Zalsuhm is upset by your refusal, zone before speaking to him again. Trading it too early only gives a hint about how far along it is.
