The Beastmaster's second artifact quest: use three aquaflora sprigs in Feiyin, then deliver a Beast Collar to Tebhi in Castle Oztroja.

Before you start: Beastmaster as main job, level 50 or higher; Wings of Gold completed

Walkthrough:
1. Talk to Brutus (G-7) in Upper Jeuno to accept the quest and receive three aquaflora.
2. Examine each of the three Underground Pools in Feiyin to plant an aquaflora; one pool summons Dabotz's Ghost, which you must defeat.
3. Examine that pool again after the fight for the scene.
4. Talk to Brutus (G-7) again.
5. Enter Castle Oztroja from Meriphataud Mountains at (L-8). Open the Treasure Chest in Castle Oztroja to obtain a Beast Collar.
6. Trade the Beast Collar to Tebhi, who wanders Castle Oztroja.
7. Return to Brutus (G-7) in Upper Jeuno to complete the quest.

Good to know: The chest in Castle Oztroja only gives the collar after the pools are done. Tebhi disappears after taking the collar and reappears after a few minutes.
