3. Talk to Animal Spoor (J-9) again and take the vial of military prism powder.
4. Examine the Forbidding Portal (I-7) in Xarcabard (S).
5. Examine Animal Spoor (J-9), wait if told to, and collect the vial again if needed.
6. With the vial, examine the Forbidding Portal (I-7) to enter Ghoyu's Reverie, and defeat Kingslayer Doggvdegg (Map 4, K-6) and his Bloodwing orcs while Excenmille survives.
7. Return to Xarcabard (S), watch the cutscene, then examine the Wheel Rut (I-9) to complete the quest.
