Bastok quest in which Evi in Port Bastok asks you to recover tattered mission orders from Konschtat Highlands.

Before you start: Bastok fame level 2 or higher

Walkthrough:
1. Talk to Evi (H-6) in Port Bastok, then talk to her a second time to accept the quest.
2. Go to Konschtat Highlands and examine the ??? (G-8) to obtain the tattered mission orders.
3. Bring the tattered mission orders back to Evi (H-6) in Port Bastok.

Good to know: Repeatable.
