Walkthrough:
1. Talk to Oggbi (D-6) in Port Bastok to accept the quest.
2. Enter Fei'Yin from Qu'Bia Arena and watch the cutscene to receive the letter from Dalzakk.
3. Enter Davoi from Jugner Forest at (G-12) and stand next to the second Hide Flap, then examine it to summon Bilopdop (F-7) and Deloknok.
4. Defeat both Bilopdop and Deloknok.
5. Examine the Hide Flap (F-6) again to receive the San d'Orian martial arts scroll.
6. Return to Oggbi (D-6) in Port Bastok and show him both key items.

Good to know: You must stand very close to the Hide Flap or you cannot search it. If you do not have the letter from Dalzakk, the Hide Flap yields nothing.
