Eco-Warrior (Bastok)

Bastok quest, starts with Raifa in Port Bastok. Reward: Dragon Chronicles; 5,000 gil; title Cerulean Soldier; 20 Bastok fame.

Bastok's version of Eco-Warrior: use Degga's ointment in Gusgen Mines, defeat the Puddings it attracts and bring an indigested ore to Raifa.

Before you start: Bastok fame level 1 or higher; Not currently on San d'Oria's or Windurst's Eco-Warrior quest

Walkthrough:
1. Talk to Raifa (D-6) in Port Bastok and accept the quest.
2. Enter Gusgen Mines from Konschtat Highlands at (L-7) and talk to Degga (Map 1, H-9); agree to have the ointment applied, which restricts your level.
3. Examine the ??? to summon two Puddings and defeat both of them.
4. Examine the ??? again to obtain the indigested ore.
5. Talk to Degga (Map 1, H-9) in Gusgen Mines if needed, then return to Raifa (D-6) in Port Bastok to complete the quest.

Good to know: The ointment's level restriction wears off if you zone; Degga can remove it. Once you have completed Eco-Warrior in one nation you cannot take it in another until the next conquest tally.
