The third Puppetmaster artifact quest, in which you gather parts for Shamarhaan and defeat a foe in Talacca Cove.

Before you start: Puppetmaster as main job at the required level; Complete Operation Teatime

Walkthrough:
1. Talk to Iruki-Waraki (K-9) in Aht Urhgan Whitegate.
2. Talk to Shamarhaan in Bastok Markets to receive Valkeng's memory chip.
3. Examine the ??? (L-8) in Mount Zhayolm to obtain the toggle switch.
4. Win the Puppetmaster Blues battle in Talacca Cove.
5. Talk to Shamarhaan in Bastok Markets again.
6. Talk to Iruki-Waraki (K-9) in Aht Urhgan Whitegate.
7. Talk to Sajhra (H-9) in Nashmau.
8. Return to Iruki-Waraki (K-9) in Aht Urhgan Whitegate to finish the quest.

Good to know: Valkeng's memory chip and the toggle switch are used up in the Talacca Cove battle.
