Olduum

quest · Aht Urhgan

Aht Urhgan quest. Reward: Lightning Band, Olduum Ring.

Help Dkhaaya's research by digging up an electric relic in Aydeewa Subterrane, then convert the reward into an Olduum Ring at a leypoint.

Before you start: None; start by talking to Dkhaaya in Aht Urhgan Whitegate

Walkthrough:
1. Talk to Dkhaaya (G-9) in Aht Urhgan Whitegate to receive Dkhaaya's research journal.
2. Trade a Pickaxe to the Excavation Site in Aydeewa Subterrane; on success you receive an electrocell, electropot or electrolocomotive.
3. Bring the key item back to Dkhaaya (G-9) in Aht Urhgan Whitegate to receive a Lightning Band.
4. Trade the Lightning Band to the Leypoint (G-8) in Wajaom Woodlands to receive an Olduum Ring.

Good to know: Digging at the Excavation Site only succeeds about half the time; the Pickaxe is used up either way. If you lose the Lightning Band or Olduum Ring, ask Dkhaaya again and repeat the dig to have it reissued. Keep a free inventory slot before using the Leypoint.
