Windurst Rank 2 mission in which you travel to San d'Oria, defeat Warchief Vatgit outside Ghelsba Outpost and report to Kasaroro.

Before you start: Windurstian citizen working on the Rank 2 'The Three Kingdoms' mission chain, at the San d'Oria leg

Walkthrough:
1. Go to Chateau d'Oraguille in San d'Oria and talk to Halver (I-9).
2. Enter Ghelsba Outpost from West Ronfaure at (E-4) and defeat Warchief Vatgit (H-7).
3. Return to Northern San d'Oria and talk to Kasaroro (H-9) to hear the news.
4. Talk to Kasaroro (H-9) again to finish this part of the mission.

Good to know: If Trust quests are enabled and you do not own Halver's Trust, Halver gives you his cipher. Completing it moves you on to 'The Three Kingdoms'.
