Walkthrough:
1. Enter Ru'Lude Gardens and walk to the Ru'Lude Homepoint area to trigger the scene.
2. If your inventory was full, talk to the Mystic Retriever (H-7) in Ru'Lude Gardens to claim the Cipher: Tenzen II.

Good to know: Keep a free inventory slot, or you will have to collect the cipher from the Mystic Retriever.
