Walkthrough:
1. Go to Konschtat Highlands, La Theine Plateau, or Tahrongi Canyon.
2. Check the Shattered Telepoint there and watch the scene.
3. Check the Shattered Telepoint again to receive your reward.

Good to know: Have free inventory space before the final check; you can repeat the check until you can receive everything.
