Bastok Rank 3 mission: carry a letter to the ambassador in Ru'Lude Gardens and obtain a Delkfutt key to open a door in Lower Delkfutt's Tower.

Before you start: Bastokan citizen, Rank 3, no other mission active

Walkthrough:
1. Accept the mission from Cleades (D-11), Rashid (H-10), Malduc (J-8) or Argus (L-7) in Bastok.
2. Talk to Lucius (J-9) in Metalworks to receive the letter to the ambassador.
3. Go to Ru'Lude Gardens and give the letter to Goggehn (H-10).
4. Travel to Lower Delkfutt's Tower and trade a Delkfutt Key to the Cermet Door (or examine it if you already hold the Delkfutt key).
5. Return to Ru'Lude Gardens and examine the Door:Bastokan Emb. (H-10) to complete the mission.

Good to know: Delkfutt Key items are obtained by defeating monsters inside the tower. Goggehn's later conversation reminds you of the next step if you forget.
