To the Forsaken Mines

mission · Bastok

Bastok mission. Reward: none listed.

Bring a Glocolite from the Gusgen Mines to a Bastok mission giver.

Before you start: Bastok citizen with no other mission active; Bastok Mission 3-1 completed and sufficient rank.

Walkthrough:
1. Accept the mission from a Bastok mission giver.
2. Talk to Davyad (K-6) in Bastok Mines for a hint.
3. Trade a Slice of Hare Meat to the ??? (Map 1, J-7) in Gusgen Mines to spawn Blind Moby, and defeat it to obtain a Glocolite.
4. Trade the Glocolite to Argus (L-7) in Port Bastok, Cleades (D-11) in Bastok Markets, Rashid (H-10) in Bastok Mines or Malduc (J-8) in Metalworks.

Good to know: You can only pop Blind Moby if you are not already carrying a Glocolite. If the monster is already up, the ??? will not respond until it is defeated or leaves.
