Bastok Mission 2-3: carry the Bastokan message to San d'Oria, deal with Warchief Vatgit, and report back.

Before you start: Bastok Mission 2-3 (The Emissary) active with the San d'Oria route chosen

Walkthrough:
1. Travel to Northern San d'Oria and talk to Helaku (K-10).
2. Go to Chateau d'Oraguille and talk to Halver (I-9).
3. Enter Ghelsba Outpost from West Ronfaure at (E-4) and defeat Warchief Vatgit (H-7).
4. Return to Northern San d'Oria and talk to Helaku (K-10) again to finish the mission.

Good to know: Baraka and Shakir in Northern San d'Oria only offer flavor dialogue. Halver may give you the Cipher: Halver if you do not already have that Trust.
