Walk of Echoes Weapons (Magian Trials)

The 14 Walk of Echoes weapons are made through Magian Trials:

Where

Everything is in Ru'Lude Gardens, on the west side by the stairs to the palace (about H-5, around position -12, 118):

- Magian Moogle (orange, weapons): starts and finishes trials. Talk to it once to get the Magian Trial Log (level 75+).
- Delivery Crate: where you hand in the items for a trial.
- Splintery Chest: gives you a free starting weapon. The Walk of Echoes "-1" weapons are on page 3.

Easy route: the "-1" weapons (3 trials)

- Click the Splintery Chest and pick the weapon you want from page 3, for example Dumuzis -1. It's free.
- Trade that weapon to the Magian Moogle and accept the first trial.
- Trade the weapon plus 30 coins to the Delivery Crate. Then trade the weapon back to the Moogle to finish the trial. You get the weapon back with Attack +3 (Ranged Attack +3 for Circinae and Mollfrith).
- Start the next trial on the Moogle. Hand in 100 Devious Dice at the Crate and finish the trial at the Moogle (Attack +5).
- Start the last trial. Hand in 100 Liminal Residue at the Crate and finish it at the Moogle. You get the finished weapon.

You can hand in the items over several trades. Each trade can include as many items as you like.

Long route: the coin weapons (+1 / +2 / +3)

If you already have a level 80 coin weapon (for example Revenant Fists), you can keep upgrading it:

- +1: 15 Beastmen's Seals
- +2: 20 Kindred's Seals
- +3: 35 Devious Dice
- Walk of Echoes weapon: 35 Liminal Residue

Right now only Revenant Fists (to Dumuzis) can be started from scratch. The level 80 step for the other coin weapons isn't in the game yet, so use the "-1" route for those.

Where the items come from

- Coins (Birth, Advancement, Glory, Decay, Ruin): monster drops in many areas.
- Devious Dice and Liminal Residue: the Walk of Echoes Treasure Coffer. Every Walk's coffer can hold Devious Dice; Walks 8 to 15 also hold Liminal Residue (see below).
- Frayed Sack (D) and Frayed Sack (L) also drop in Walk of Echoes. Use one to get 10 to 20 Devious Dice or 10 to 20 Liminal Residue.

If half-cost upgrades are turned on, the item counts above are halved (rounded up).

The Walk's Treasure Coffer

Clear a Walk and the coffer beside the Echo holds 2 to 5 items for you: 2 for being there at the end, one more for every 6 points of evaluation, up to 5. Each item is drawn separately from that Walk's list. Dice and Residue come 2 to 4 at a time.
