Playing two characters at once (launcher)

From the launcher release after 0.2.39, Play no longer opens Windows' "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?" prompt. That means you can start a second character while the first one is still running, and you don't need to switch UAC off.

- Press Play on each profile you want to run. Every client starts without a prompt.
- Some setups still ask for permission on purpose: profiles for the official game, and a game or Ashita folder kept under Program Files.
- If a profile needs administrator rights, open Profiles, tick Run as administrator and save. Windows will then ask for permission each time that profile starts.
