Disconnects (R0) and logging back in

- If you disconnect ("R0", a frozen or black screen), close the game and log straight back in. Your character is saved when it drops, and the new login replaces the old one right away, as long as you come back from the same internet connection. You no longer need to wait out a "character is already logged in" message.
- From a different connection (for example, switching from home Wi-Fi to a phone hotspot), the old session still has to time out first. Wait about a minute, then try again.
- Server restarts: if the server has to restart for a network change, a server message warns everyone 5 minutes and 1 minute ahead. Find a safe spot, and log back in a few minutes later.
- Whole server down after a Windows update or power cut: the server now starts itself again within a few minutes of the machine coming back.
