Alter Ego Points

Alter ego points make the trusts you call stronger. Every level you buy raises your alter egos' base stats: HP +5, MP +2, or +1 STR, DEX, VIT, AGI, INT, MND or CHR, up to 50 levels per stat.

How to start

Talk to Syndella in Ru'Lude Gardens (H-5, the palace's first floor). You need:

- the Trust quest done in San d'Oria, Bastok or Windurst, with a Trust permit
- the Job Breaker key item (from the "Beyond Infinity" limit break quest)

She gives you the cipher bracelet key item. This completes the Records of Eminence objective Unlocking Alter Ego Points, which rewards a Trust Tome.

Earning points

Use these items (cipher bracelet required):

Spending points

Your main job must be level 99. You can spend points:

- by talking to Syndella (choose a stat to raise it one level), or
- with !aep <stat> [levels] in your Mog House or Mog Garden, or for a few minutes after speaking with Syndella (for example !aep vit 5).

!aep on its own shows your points and levels.

Maxing a stat costs 150 points. Points can't be moved once spent. Your levels apply to every trust you call, from the moment it appears.
